Very unique for a Minecraft ARG, though it kinda doesn't fit as one, mostly because it's shifting between a entity that resides in a Minecraft world and next second it's a creature cursed by spirits and morphed into a weapon that's found by archaeologists, still a very unique and interesting take (Definitely better than those cliche ARGs though.).

The video definitely needs some work imo. Im not blindly hating on all of your work and I do respect the amount of effort you put on the video but it definitely lacks on some aspects compared to other videos.
First off the horror is definitely lack luster, most of the horror just Missed completely. While i love the concept of the arg, it definitely wasn't used to its full potential. Most of horror being just the cow watching gets old. Especially the fact its a regular cow model, imo you should have leaned into the mimic aspect more. Make the viewer question what is real and what is not.
Second, the clues and puzzles in the video's are all just the same, most of the clues being morse code is definitely disappointing. Imo you should have used other methods for a little more variety, while having the actual contents being more creative. But i do like the book shelf morse code, I actually thing thats quiet creative.
Third, the video shows a little too much gameplay and it got boring real quick. I would personally recommend reducing the long gameplay footage and also add a reminder to the viewers that they're watching videos, maybe add some pause effects or static to let them now it's just a gameplay. And keep the long gameplay footage to much more intense scenes, the cow finally killing the second character in the underwater cave is a good example but it needs more horror to make it more tense on the viewer.
Definitely not a bad video in its own right but comparing them to other creators who make similar content it definitely needs some work.
